1 bit racers - saving score, car steering

Sooo long-awaited update (by almost everyone I guess):

- First of all, collision with walls changes (again) now it bounces You every single time You touch a wall - gives a feeling of short time reverse. Makes You lose all momentum, but doesn't make You stuck in wall:)
- Best scores finally saves between sessions as well as it is correctly displayed on each map (yup it was not correct XD)
- Along with that I had to create the scene for settings to be able to reset progress so yeah that's there as well
- Small UI changes in main menu - it's not as static as it was though the change is really not significant
- Car select menu changed a lot - it looks a bit cooler with rotating car (I hope so), name, short description and stats added for each car as well
- New time challenge map added
